The barcode is enough: Pépin finds the product and what's in it. Product not found? Copy the label and it gets calculated anyway.
Scan your food and I'll tell you its estimated glycemic index and the load for your portion. No judgement, just ideas to enjoy it better.

Scan a product, read its recipe, build your plate, do your shopping: Glyami is with you from the aisle to the plate.

The barcode is enough: Pépin finds the product and what's in it. Product not found? Copy the label and it gets calculated anyway.

Estimated glycemic index and glycemic load for the portion you actually eat, with a simple colour: low, medium or high.

Pépin reads the label for you: Nutri-Score, Nova, additives, then sugars or fibre depending on the product, in four easy tiles.

This one or that one? Compare two products, and let Pépin's compass show you gentler swaps from the same aisle.

Your meals add up in a gauge with a guide value of 80, which you can adjust. You see where you stand at a glance, no maths needed.

Build your meal, say pasta, vegetables and chicken: Glyami estimates the load of the whole meal, not just one product.

Several tile-based lists sorted by aisle: over 500 illustrated items, with the estimated GI of foods, ready-made lists, and you can send a list to a loved one, by message or with a code to scan.

Simple dishes with their estimated load per serving. Pick the number of people: quantities follow, and the ingredients go to your list.

Scan the code of your loyalty card once: Pépin brings it up at the checkout. Your cards stay on your phone.

Hidden sugars, allergies, pork-free, alcohol-free: Pépin checks the ingredients at every scan and lets you know.

One true-or-false card a day to understand, in a minute, what makes blood sugar rise.

History of scans and meals, weight and BMI on a clear gauge, and your walk after meals, ticked off day by day.
No account, no Glyami server, no ads, no trackers in the app. Everything is calculated on your phone. The only connections are used to look up a product in an open food database.
Read the privacy policy →The glycemic index (GI) shows how quickly a food containing carbohydrates raises blood sugar compared with pure glucose (100). GI is low up to 55, moderate from 56 to 69 and high from 70. Glyami shows an estimated GI based on published scientific tables.
The glycemic load (GL) takes into account how much you actually eat: GL = GI × carbohydrates in the portion (grams) ÷ 100. A high-GI food can have a small load if the portion is modest. Glyami calculates it for your portion and adds up your meals in your daily load.

Nowhere: everything you enter stays on your phone. There is no Glyami server. The only connections are used to look up a product in an open food database, with no personal data.
No. Glyami gives nutrition information and estimates. It is not a medical device: the app does not diagnose, does not calculate doses and does not replace the advice of your doctor or dietitian.
For any adult who wants to understand how meals affect blood sugar and choose products more wisely, day to day. Glyami informs; it does not monitor a condition and does not replace medical care.
Glycemic indexes are estimated from published tables (Atkinson et al., 2008 and 2021; University of Sydney database) and from the product's composition. Product information comes from Open Food Facts, and the carbohydrates of the meal ideas from the Ciqual 2025 table by Anses. It is all detailed in the app: Settings → Data sources.
They stay on your phone: the code, the name and the optional photo are not sent anywhere. Glyami is made for loyalty cards only: do not put your bank card in it. If you type a number that looks like a bank card number, Pépin does not keep it.
Glyami is coming soon to Android via Google Play. The app is available in French, Arabic, English and Spanish.
Yes. Glyami was called Glycéo until October 2026. It is the same app, with the same Pépin; only the name has changed.
Glyami is a nutrition information tool. It is not a medical device: the app does not diagnose and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
